Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt (Greek, plain, or dairy-free)
- 2–3 Eden’s Solutions Sea Moss Cubes, thawed for 2–3 hours at room temperature
- Banana slices
- Strawberry slices
- ¼ cup granola
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
Directions
- Stir the thawed sea moss cubes into yogurt until smooth.
- Let your child pick their favorite toppings—banana, strawberries, granola.
- Add a little drizzle of honey for sweetness (optional).
