Because our products are made in small batches using natural ingredients, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will do our best to offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
