Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packed with love. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Note: During high-demand seasons or sales, processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We currently ship within the United States only.

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Email: info@edens-solutions.com with your order number and photos if applicable

We’ll work with you to file a claim or offer a replacement if possible.
